Panini Torneo Inicial 2012-2013 (Argentina)

This album published by Panini is the official sticker collection of the AFA (Argentinian Federation) for the season 2012-2013. It includes the teams of both the Argentinian professional leagues (Primera Division and Segunda Division).
The first two pages are dedicated to the winners of the previous season: Boca Juniors (Apertura and Copa Argentina), Arsenal de Sarandì (Clausura), and River Plate (Primera B). There are two stickers for each winner, for a total of 8 stickers in this section.

The albums shows first the 20 clubs of Primera Division followed by the 20 clubs of Segunda Division, all in alphabetical order. For the main clubs of Primera Division (Boca Jrs, Independiente, Racing, River, San Lorenzo and Velez Sarsfield) there are in total 16 stickers over two pages (golden club badge, team uniform home/away, and 14 players), whereas the other teams have only 14 stickers (two player stickers less). Clubs of Segunda Division have seven stickers each: golden club badge, team photo, home/away uniform, and four players. The album concludes with no other sections and there are no extra stickers in this collection (poster, updates, etc.).

The 2012/2013 season was divided in Torneo Inicial from August to December 2012, and Torneo Final from February to June 2013. Velez Sarsfield won the Torneo Inicial, whereas Newell's Old Boys the Torneo Final. Ignacio Scocco (Newell's Old Boys) was the top goalscorer of both tournaments, but never alone: in the first tournament together with Facundo Ferreyra (Velez) and in the second with Emanuel Gigliotti (Colon). The sticker collection features the players Mauro Camoranesi and David Trezeguet, who were successfull in Europe with Juventus and their National teams (Italy and France).
